More than 20 years in veterinary medicine taught me the realities of the work. Social work taught me to see the people, relationships, and systems within it. I bring both perspectives to my work with veterinary professionals and organizations. I support veterinary professionals, leaders, teams, and organizations as they navigate moral distress, strengthen communication, and build psychologically safe environments where people can do meaningful work together.
